A note from Susan

Susan Lazar HartWhat do you value as living?
This is a question most of us never ask our selves.

For me it is those moments when the ease and joy of life is so present I can only applaud with laughter, consciousness, and gratitude.

The ease comes with knowing there will always be more, that nothing lasts for ever, that I can choose with ease and elegance instead of scrambling to clutch at something that no longer works for me. I can ask questions. What would work for me?

The joy is quiet, calming and bubbly and delicious. It is the gift that comes with being part of this universe, receiving everything it has to offer: the wind through the trees, the smile of a child, the graciousness of living in every movement. Choice.

The laughter is you and me, being fully present with each other in the moment with no stories, just us, enjoying who we truly be at this moment, in these ten seconds. The orgasmic breath of life.

So where does consciousness fit in? Consciousness is the willingness to be all of that with no point of view. Consciousness offers us a way of being with ourselves and others.
More space for us, more space for the planet. It is the allowance for each other and for our choices without doubt or hesitation. Consciousness includes everything and judges nothing. Consciousness includes choice, Choice creates awareness.

Last but not least is gratitude. Gratitude for you for the time you took to read this, and gratitude for whatever brought you to this sight.

And infinite gratitude for all the alley ways, crossed paths and interesting choices I have made that got me here talking with you.
